The guanabana is a refreshing Mexican and Central American fruit that goes by a few names: Guanabana, Cherimoya, and in Vietnamese it is Sinh To Man Cau. The fruit is creamy white and tastes like vanilla. It makes a sensational ice cream. The fruit appears green with geometrical scalloped groves. The seeds are round smooth dark and brown.
Ingredients: Water, guanabana puree, sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup, citric acid, ascorbic acid (preservative) and sucralose.
