The most botanera sauce, protagonist of all the meetings. Mr. Manuel Maciel Méndez, founder of the Tamazula sauce, a company that was born in 1960 as a family business in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, with the elaboration of the traditional "Tamazula" sauce. It was such an acceptance of this flavor, that over the years salsa Tamazula launched new brands, salsa "Valentina" and "Costa Brava" to the national market, and obtained with it a leadership in the turn of hot sauces.
